By creating an account or using SSSbrain you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users or the platform at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you capture, write, upload, or generate. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to operate the features you use.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, infringing, or malicious content.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits, or other users' data boundaries.
• No recording of other people without the consent required where you live.
• No reselling or automated scraping of the service without written permission.

AI output disclaimer

SSSbrain uses AI models to transcribe speech, answer questions, route captures, and generate images. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Nothing produced by the app is medical, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and no outcome or result is guaranteed. Verify anything important before acting on it.

Third-party services

Connecting a provider (Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others) means your use is also governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for provider outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or how those providers handle data on their own systems.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, break, or be removed. We do not guarantee uptime, data durability beyond reasonable effort, or that the app will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the app. Keep your own backups of anything critical.

Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
