« back to sssbrainSSSbrain ("the app") is a personal knowledge and voice operating layer operated by Swade Soul. This page explains what the app stores, why, and how you control it. This page is maintained by the app owner and is not an independent certification or audit.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, provided by you or by Google when you sign in with Google.
- Content you create — notes, brain dumps, journals, dreams, contacts, tasks, threads, and any files or images you generate or upload.
- Voice audio — when you use push-to-talk or the wake word, the recorded clip is sent to a speech-to-text provider for transcription. Wake-word detection itself runs on your device in your browser; audio is only transmitted after you activate a capture.
- Connected accounts — when you link a provider (for example Google services), we store the connection reference and encrypted credentials needed to make the requests you ask for.
- Operational logs — timestamps, error records, and activity entries used to keep the app healthy and secure.
How your data is used
Your content is used to power your own workspace: search, recall, routing of captures, assistant answers, and voice responses. We do not sell your data and do not use your private content for advertising.
Processors we rely on
- Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, file storage, hosting)
- OpenAI (assistant responses and speech-to-text, via your connected account)
- ElevenLabs (text-to-speech voices)
- Google (sign-in and any Google services you explicitly connect)
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Requests are made only to deliver features you trigger.
Storage, access, and security
Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules so that records are readable only by the account that owns them (and by administrator accounts for support and moderation). Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Transport is over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee against every possible breach.
Retention and deletion
Content is retained until you delete it or ask us to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, content records, and stored connections; backups and audit logs may persist for a limited period before rotating out.
Your choices
- Disable voice: turn off the wake word and speak-back, or mute the microphone.
- Disconnect providers at any time from the Connections screen.
- Request an export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
SSSbrain is not intended for use by children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
